Cancellation policy
-
We need 48 hr notice to cancel a reservation, if not we will have to charge the guest one night stay.

If the reservation is for 7 days or longer, we will need a week notice and if not given, we will charge one night stay.

In August the cancellation policy is to let the hotel know 7 days before if the guest wants to cancel or change his reservation dates. if not, the total reservation amount will be charged.
The reception hours are
9:00am to 3:00am, Sunday-Friday
11:00am to 3:00am, Saturday.
If you are planning to arrive after reception hours please make sure to inform us by email or by phone, so we may give you further instructions.
